Smokeless fire is a new technology and MOON is making it a reality. The double wall, consisting of an inner and outer bowl, is the key. When the airflow enters, it splits into three parts. The first two heat the fuel in the heart of the fire basket via the ash pan. The third part of the airflow rises between the inner and outer bowl, is heated as it rises, and exits through the perforated circle at the bottom of the opening. This is where the second stage of combustion takes place; especially when using pellets, it burns even the smallest wood particles efficiently, producing a smokeless flame.
